Shebooks Prints Best-of Anthology

Shebooks, a new media company devoted to e-books written for and about women, has republished the best of its 2014 memoirs in a new print anthology, 

Whatever Doesn’t Kill You: Six Memoirs of Resilience, Strength, and Forgivenes. It is selling the book for $15.99 starting in November 2014.

Shebooks has already released some 71 fiction and nonfiction titles that sell for $2.99 on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The e-books are also available on Scribed.

In June, Shebooks raised $56,701 in its "Equal Writes" Kickstarter campaign to help pay women writers.

Co-founder and president Peggy Northrop, editor-in-chief of Sunset Publishing in Palo Alto, CA, was recently featured in Fast Company's profiles of San Francisco startups.
